LaviCPA is a certified public accounting firm. No CPA–client relationship is formed by your use of the Site, submission of a form, or participation in a complimentary consultation. A professional engagement begins only when both parties sign a written engagement letter that sets out the scope, fees, and responsibilities of the engagement. Until then, communications are preliminary and do not constitute tax, legal, or investment advice.

2. Educational Content

Articles, calculators, and other content on the Site are provided for general education only. They do not constitute tax, legal, or investment advice and are not a substitute for personalized guidance from a qualified CPA. Tax rules change frequently and your situation is unique. 3. Online Tools

Tools such as the S-Corp salary calculator, tax strategy planner, and tax advisor chat produce estimates and general analysis based on the inputs you provide. Outputs are illustrative and depend on the accuracy and completeness of your inputs. They are not a guarantee of results and should be reviewed with a CPA before any decision.
